Refund Policy:
We want you to love your order, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds. We do not accept general returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer error. However, if there is a valid reason, such as your item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll be happy to review your case. To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at [your email address] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable). Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. You’ll be notified by email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. If a return is approved, we’ll let you know how and where to send the item. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item). 

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Sent back within 14 days of return approval

Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Digital products (if applicable)
  • Items returned without prior approval

Shipping Policy:
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays). Once your order is packed and ready to go, we’ll hand it over to Royal Mail for delivery. We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and Royal Mail service times. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size and weight of your order. We do not currently offer free shipping. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your case and work with you to resolve the issue. We only accept returns or offer refunds if there is a valid reason, which will be evaluated and approved on a case-by-case basis.
